By choosing hosting based in Europe, Dataïads ensures that data is stored in accordance with European data protection standards, and that data transfers outside the EEA (European Economic Area) are governed by data transfer mechanisms that comply with the GDPR. Dataïads maintains regular backup policies and procedures to avoid data loss, and we limit access to stored data only to authorized personnel who need to access this information as part of their duties.

Dataïads does not share, sell, or disclose collected data to third parties, unless required by law.
