The objective was clear : align performance and customer satisfaction by adapting each stage of the user journey to their expectations.

To achieve this, the brand has implemented personalized landing pages, designed to reflect its Mediterranean visual identity while integrating key elements such as product availability and delivery times.

The recommendation algorithms have been optimized to adapt to specific buying behaviors, making it possible to offer relevant and engaging suggestions. Particular attention has also been paid to the mobile experience, a major channel for today's consumers, in order to ensure smooth and intuitive navigation.

Significant results


These adjustments paid off quickly, with an increase of +26% ROAS, showing a significant improvement in the profitability of campaigns. The conversion rate also increased by +5.6%, while the average order value registered a notable increase of +16.3%.

Finally, cart additions increased by +4%, highlighting the direct impact of personalized product recommendations and page optimization on user behavior.
